The first step before starting is to inquire through my form here. Once I receive your inquiry, I'll reply with pricing information sheet to confirm that you are okay with all the details. Then, we'll set up a 30* minute discovery meeting in order to meet (virtually) and get a feel for each other, discuss project details/goals, timeline, etc. 


After this meeting, I'll send a project proposal and invoice for 20% deposit. Once I received a signed off proposal and deposit, your project will officially be on my books! 


After our discovery meeting I take all the information received and start designing all the elements, during this step I will send updates via email or text, whichever you prefer, so that you are kept up to date on your project. If the project is a website build, campaign project, or something more in depth this step could include more discovery meetings which we will set up as necessary. 

Once I have completed the designs I will email proof approvals to you to either approve or have revisions on. Revision are based on projects which we will talk about during our initial meeting. 


After receiving final approval on all design elements and processing final payment, I will package up and send all files to you. I'll provide your files in a wide range of formats that will be suitable for any digital and print you might need. You can request specific file formats during this time. 

Now you are ready to show off your new design elements to everyone! After completion I send a follow up survey on how the process was for you, this is completely optional for you to participate in.
